Citibank Credit card department,
My credit card has a service whereby - precheck services are reimbursed as one benefit of my $450.00 annual fee. I obtained the - recheck in -/-/2016. I have made 5 phone calls spanning the last 4 months and have yet to get a refund of that money. Every time I call, they are " going to look into it '' and " I should expect a credit any time now. '' This is absolutely unacceptable for a financial institution to be holding onto my money for this long with a promise of providing this reimbursement. I have spent no less than 2 hours on the phone which is very precious and another example of the " hoops '' consumers need to jump through to protect our own diminishing rights.
