I deposited $15000.00 on -/-/- ( attached statement - ) and kept on the account more than $15000.00 until -/-/- and


However, as of today, I have not received the bonus offered by Citibank. I raised an investigation on -/-/- with Citibank and received a response ( attached - ) that " Our records indicate you have qualified for the above offer. Unfortunately, the above account is not - certified. '' and " Once your account is certified, the financial center can submit a follow up investigation. '' I provided the additional documents to the bank and my account was - certified on -/-/-. I had an online chat with a bank representative on -/-/- ( attached - ). He wrote, " -/-/- there was a note placed on your account that - is certified '' and opened an additional investigation case - and he wrote me that I would " receive a response within - business days which is no later than -/-/- ''. However, I have not received an expected response from the bank so far.
