When I landed on the page to find more information about the CitiSimpilicity Card, there were some details of Terms and Conditions, but the webpage said to begin an application to find out more information. Because I was interested in transferring a balance, I began the application to find out more, only to find out that the credit limit I was applicable for was too low to transfer my entire balance from another card. But the company had already opened an account for me before I had the option to reject the credit offer they had offered to me. I do n't want the card because I ca n't use it for my intended purpose ( transferring the entire balance of my other card ), and when I called customer service, they told me they could n't stop my account from opening and that I have to wait until I receive the card and then close my account. I know this will hurt my credit score. I would n't have applied in the first place if I had had all of the information before being directed to apply for the card.
