Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Florida

I have several accounts at Bank of America ( BOA ). It appears that BOA charges an overdraft fee based on pending ( not yet posted ) clearing items included in the available balance. In addition, it also appears that, for those accounts that have automatic transfer from savings accounts to cover potential overdrafts, make transfers based on pending items ( not yet posted ) and charge a transfer fee at that time. If deposits are made during the pending period, fees are not reversed prior to posting even for positive balances.
