Wells Fargo closed my checking account on -/-/2017 without my authorization. My multiple employers all had direct deposits linked to that account, and now I am unable to get paid due to Wells Fargo closing my checking account without my authorization. I called customer service at - at - on -/-/2017 soon as I received an email notice at - stating that my checking account had been closed. I informed customer service that I did not authorize this closure. Customer service could not tell my why my account was closed, and customer service refused to reinstate my checking account even though I informed them that I did not authorize closure and that I had multiple sources of income linked to that account via direct deposit.
