Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Kentucky

Over the weekend I get notifications from myfico that my report has changed. I logged in and noticed that - and - was removed. About 30 seconds later, - report inquiries from - -/-/-, - -/-/-, - -/-/-, and - -/-/- was also removed. Minutes later these collections and inquiries was added back on with a missed payment from a collection agency, -! On -/-/-, I called TransUnion and spoken with a supervisor name, -. I 've asked him do they verify any information before placing it on ones report, because a collection agency should n't been able to place a missed payment on my report which brought my payment history down and affected my score. He became extremely hostile and rude. I immediately asked for his name and the spelling, he spelled his name and slammed the phone down loud!
