There was a a Citibank offer back in - - with the following promotion ( OFFER CODE : CZPE ) : " Get a $400.00 bonus when you open a new Citigold or Citibank Account checking package, deposit $15000.00 of non-Citi funds within 30 days, and keep the funds there for 30 consecutive calendar days. Cash bonus will be credited to your new checking account within 90 calendar days from the date when you completed all offer requirements. '' I opened a new checking account on -/-/-, deposited $15000.00 on -/-/-, and have kept the same balance until at least 30 consecutive days as the promotion required. Even to this day the same balance has been keep there, and after the 90 days of meeting all the offer requirements, I still have not received my bonus offer. I have called the Citibank service center every 30 days within the 90 days to confirm that I have met all the requirements and their answers every time was yes and wait for the 90 days. Today, it is - -, - and I still have not received the bonus offer nor there is possible pending transactions posted in my account. By researching online, I have found numerous complaints against this Citibank practice of not paying bonuses even after the requirements have been met ( https : -? - ). Any help is greatly appreciated.
