Closing/Cancelling account Minnesota
On -/-/2017, I made a request by telephone to have my credit card account closed. On the same day, I sent U.S. Bank a letter to confirm my request. The bank has not responded to my request by closing my credit card, issuing a check for the balance, or transferring the funds to my checking account that I have with U.S. Bank.
