Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute California

I am still having problems with - -. I have made multiple request for first year statements. They refuse to respond or send statement or place them in my online account. They did send my a copy of my contract with no cover letter or explanation. This in addition to false reporting of late payments, refusing to do a full investigation and providing the steps they took and provide it. This has been going on for Four months. Please help
