Approximately - -, I went into Bank of America, - and - branch to cash a paycheck, drawn on their account. Despite having a business account with them, they claimed I had to have a personal account or they would have to charge me a 'non customer fee ' of - dollars. Again, this check was drawn on their account! Essentially, they have my money in their vault and refuse to give it to them without their " taste ''. Extortion. In California, there is a law that a paycheck must be able to be cashed without a fee. Please look into this and help to rectify this money grab. - -
