Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Incorrect information on credit report account terms

Experian Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Maryland

I filed a dispute with Experian disputing, - - - -, which is showing a past due balance of $900.00 and I filed Chapter - bankruptcy including credit first which means that it 's suppose to have a $0.00 balance and report that it is included in chapter - bankruptcy, another one is - which is reporting twice for $100.00 and once for $440.00, and also there is a chapter - bankruptcy that is reporting incorrectly, such as date and case number and amount, when I asked them how they verified they stated that they used a 3rd party data mining company when they are suppose to speak with someone to verify the information themselves, and not use a 3rd party company. I sent letters asking how the other information on my credit report was verified they sent a letter stating that they have some new information and that it will take an additional 30 days, I thought that the credit bureaus had 30 days to investigate and if they are unable to resolve in the 30 day timeframe they are suppose to remove it from the credit report and not say they have an additional 30 because the have new information. If they have the new information why do they need an additional 30 days when they can go ahead and update my credit report.
