I had my auto loan set up on auto draft since the time I opened my account. Apparently in - of 2016, Credit Acceptance started having a problem with my auto draft. They did not notify me of the problem until - of 2016. By that time, my auto loan had reported 4 straight months of delinquency. I immediately paid them all of the payments, and we corrected the auto draft problem together. Now, Credit Acceptance will not correct my reported pay history, even though they did not even notify me of a problem with my payments being processed.
