Head Office, - - - : Customer Name and Account : A - # - Wells Fargo Bank is refusing to acknowledge receipt of an incoming international wire to my account ( please see the wire info details above ). The sender confirmed with their bank and the intermediately bank that the fund had been received by Wells Fargo Bank. I 've had the same problem with Wells Fargo Bank about - years ago, but it took them 35 days to acknowledge the wire and release the fund. I called their Executive Office earlier and spoke to - -, who was not willing to help.
