Citibank Credit card department,
I was making a $1900.00 cash payment for my Citibank credit card at a Citibank ATM. During the transaction the ATM reported that the transaction could not be processed at this time and was canceled. The ATM returned $230.00 cash but the rest was left stuck in the ATM. I did get a print out from the ATM that the transaction was canceled and to contact the customer service number. A case/investigation was opened but then closed since I did not have a receipt of the transaction. I have opened multiple cases with Citibank and they all end the same way - being closed since I do n't have a receipt of the transaction. The problem is the transaction was canceled so there is not receipt. It was cash so there is no canceled check. this has been going on since the end of -.
