Citibank Credit card department,
On -, I did a balance transfer of $15000.00 online using my credit card on Citibank website for a $450.00 fee. However, on -/-/-, the full balance plus interest was paid off automatically instead of just the minimum due being paid. The amount was paid off from another bank account. Even though the amount was bounced due to insufficient fund, Citibank tried multiple times to withdraw the fund in the next few days and overdraft fees were charged multiple times. I realized about the error and called Citibank on around - - and they promised to provide me an adjustment within a few days. I did n't hear anything and called back on -/-/-, the representative promised to refund the money within 10 days and sent me an email for record. I did n't receive the refund after 10 days and called back on -/-/- and on spoke with Customer ID -/-/-, she says that I 'll get a refund in - business days. After not hearing anything a few days, I called again sometime in -/-/- and got the same response. I called again on -/-/- asking to be transferred to a supervisor and the supervisor mentioned that the money will be in my account by -/-/-. Currently I still have not received the refund and it has been 2 months. I would like to make a complaint and hope to get this issue resolved. Thank you.
