I opened an account with Citi bank with $15000.00 for their promotional $400.00 bonus. Their stipulation is I have to deposit and keep that amount in the account for 30 days. Then I needed to keep at least $10000.00 in account for another 60 days. It has been over 120 days and I still do not see the $400.00 bonus. I online chatted with their service rep two times. One rep said I should get it by -/-/2017 and another said by -/-/2017. I send this complaint because I do not think they will ever give me the money because their reps are not consistent with the days. I suspect they are just giving me the go-around with no definite answers.
