I made a charge on my credit card and later discovered that it was a scam. When I got back to the states I tried to cancel with the company and was given the run around. I contacted CitiBank and made a complaint. Apparently I did the complaint incorrectly according to them and because of this the dispute was cancelled and my $2900.00 ( they game me a $110.00 credit ) became my responsibility even though the company has given me absolutely NOTHING for the money. CitiBank states that I was suppose to dispute the amount ONLY but did so afterwards. I have never had this concern. I have no way of contacting the company because the numbers are not working for me and I have been left with nothing. This complaint involves CitiBank, Mastercard, - - ( people I signed up with in -, - ) and - ( people I was supposed to have the vacation plan with and I am unable to get in contact with by number provided on contract and online ).
