Unsolicited issuance of credit card Massachusetts

I sent US Bank two letters, providing evidence that their claim that the signatures matched did not have merit and asked US Bank for proof of indebtedness - proof I applied for or accepted a card offer, US bank responded with a letter dated -/-/2017 stating : Transactions claimed as fraud were transacted by cardmember.
