Unsolicited issuance of credit card Massachusetts
US Bank claims is refusing to provide evidence that the credit card debt is valid, I have requested, numerous times, proof that I authorized this account. They are ignoring my requests, including the most recent one, attached, which was sent by certified mail. If US Bank can not provide proof of authorization for this account, then one can speculate that US Bank can not provide proof of authorization for other accounts. There is a history of banks opening cards, -, without consumer authorization. This is a serious concern.
