Citibank Credit card department,
-I was billed $27.00 fee. It was not denoted for what it was. ( they said it was a late fee. I always pay my bills on time and IN FULL. but they waived it stating it was from -. I paid on time. ) -I was charged $52.00 for interest on - bill. I paid my - bill on time. -it also denoted I had interest charges for all of 2017 at $100.00. As I already stated, I pay my bills in full, and on time. I do n't pay interest and I avoid late fees. So it is my view that Citibank is charging these fees INCORRECTLY and therefore FRAUDULENTLY to see if their customers are " monitoring '' their statements, to see if they can obtain additional fees. ( The representative actually said to me when I called, " thank you for monitoring your statement. '' ) It certainly is not unheard of in the wake of the - - Bogus Account & Fee Scam, which they were just fined a record amount for their wrong doing ... so, if you could please investigate this and see if there are any other Citibank Customers whom have had this occur, it could be a great boon to the common person, the working person whom is getting taken advantage of, once again.
