I opened a Citibank checking account on -/-/- and deposited funds on -/-/-. I opened the account because Citibank promised - dollars would be credited to the account after - days of making the deposit. The exact wording of the offer reads as follows " the cash bonus will be credited to your new checking account within - calendar days from the date when you completed all offer requirements. '' Beginning -/-/-, I have called Citibank multiple times. Each time, I have been told that all requirements have been met and that they are investigating the problem.
