Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Indiana
-/-/- my credit card was stolen and was used to make a fraudulent charge. I received notification of suspicious account activity from my credit card company and confirmed to them the charge was fraudulent. They refunded the fraudulent charge in a few days. -/-/- the charge reappeared on my credit card. I contacted the credit card company about it and was told that they had concluded their internal investigation and deemed that the charge was valid. It has now been over 2 weeks since the charge reappeared on my card, and they have provided me no evidence to what led them to the incorrect conclusion that the charge was valid.
