Valley collections mailed a notice initiated from -. When - were called to clarify why Valley collections were utilized to collect the debt, as no invoice was ever received. - the billing manager from - stated the invoice was mailed to an address that had not been current in over seven years. - was asked to rectify the situation, and correct the error. I stated to - that payment would be immediately submitted after the corrected invoice was received. After several months of communications there was no correction made, and the matter was reported to - credit bureau.
