Citibank Credit card department,
I would need your help disputing some charges on my Citi Visa card. Please investigate all charges made by - - - and -. - was my first contact regarding setting up a website. After them other companies started to call me to offer online related opportunities. - contacted me so I could have my online business company officially set up. There are - parts to - : The first - sets up your company for you by getting it licensed in your state and all the paperwork needed to do so. $1600.00 The second group works with you to get your credit established with - - -. I received a couple of phone calls and that was it. $1900.00 The third group was - -. They sent a program to fill out to track your taxes. After reviewing the program I called and told them that I did not want to use this program and I preferred to use a local CPA to do my taxes. They declined my request for my money back. $2800.00. I believe they took advantage of me. They sold me additional business that I did not need it. These companies prey on the elderly and they overcharged for services that I could 've paid a couple of hundred dollars ( price gouging ) and they did not provide the services that I was led to believe that I paid for.
