A debt collection company that I send payments to is claiming that they did n't receive a payment that I sent in - 2016. However I 've made payments in - and - which have applied to my account correctly. I 've tried to rectify this matter and two months later and still has n't been resolved. It is very difficult to speak with someone about my account, because staff are rarely available. At this time I still have n't been informed about the company 's status in tracking the payment.
