Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Alabama

I 've contacted experian on several different occasions to let them know that my credit was ran several times over the span of months by - and that i did not authorize those and they have stated that i have to contact the company. i explained to every agent that i have spoken with that i have tried and tried to get the matter resolved with - and have been unsuccessful in doing so.
