I received a notice in the mail from PennCredit corporation stating that I owe them $650.00. They stated that the original debt was from the department of motor vehicles but they would not tell me which DMV or state. I explained to the collector that I have lived in - since -/-/- and I have no bills. I applied for a mortgage in -/-/- for a rental property there was nothing in my credit report. I applied for a home mortgage in -/-/-. My credit report was clear. I have purchased at least - vehicles since -/-/-.
