I signed up with - - - about 3 years ago to pay off my Bank America credit card. They took $210.00 a month out of my checking a/c for 30 months - which is what they told me would satisfy my account. I have paid all of that six months or so ago. Bank America has given my $12000.00 balance to a debt collection agency. They have sent me a notice to go to court -. I have been trying for several months to speak with someone at -. I have not been able to speak with a real person. I do n't know what their plans are for my $6500.00.
