Incorrect information on credit report Account status Nebraska

I filed a complain with Transunion about removing an old student loan account ( Ohio - University ) from my report ( file number - ). The result of the dispute came back with " new information '' instead resulting in dropping my transunion - score by - points. Transunion and the creditor claimed that the account " First delinquency date was - - '' but the is not accurate as I have never made a payment on this loan since origination. Loan origination date was " - - '' and this has passed the 7 years as of " - -. '' Thus the " the negative information '' should be dropped from my Transunion report. Furthermore, Transunion claimed it is up to the creditor ( Ohio - University ) to remove the negative information from my credit file. However, it does not make sense since the same complain was file with - and - removed the information from my " - credit file. '' Finally,


this student loan so they can remove it from my file - But I told them that I have no way to prove it and that Ohio - surely has no record of payment made by me. Note : The same dispute to romve " ohio state -. loan '' was filed with - ( file # - ) and they removed the account from my - credit file. Thank you so much for looking into it.
