Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Massachusetts

- obtained my credit report without my prior authroization or consent. Since I already have a pre approved loan with -, I informed them that I would use my approved loan instead of them financing. But - - pulled my credit report from E-PERIAN CREDIT BUREAU without my authorization. I also didnt provide any written or oral authorization for obtaining my credit report for auto loan financing. I also contacted - and they told that they neither obtained my credit report nor applied for auto loan financing.
