On -/-/- I called in to Evergreen Professional Recoveries to pay off an account they had under my name. I paid the balance in full, and was told that I would be receiving confirmation of this within 7-10 days. I waited 10 business days before calling back on -/-/2017. I was informed at this time that the letter had not been sent out, but it would be the following day, and that I should expect to receive the confirmation letter no later than Friday, -/-/-. I waited until Monday - still no letter. So I called again. This time, I was told I would be emailed the confirmation within 24 hours. I agreed that this was fine. Next day - no email, still no letter. I called in again and this time asked to speak with a supervisor in an attempt to expedite the process. What follows is my reason for submitting the complaint.
apologize ( at least, I *think* it was some form of an apology ). She then placed me back on hold to speak with her manager. This man 's name was -. He was equally as rude, combative, and unprofessional as -. He never acknowledged the false promises that were made and refused to send me the confirmation email. I still have not received the confirmation of payment, which posted now 25 days ago.
