Citibank Credit card department,
I am contacting your agency because I need your help in disputing some charges done on my Mastercard At & t Universal credit card by some fraudulent companies. I have paid several companies thousands of dollars for various online business related and have found myself as a victim of a professionally orchestrated scam. After I paid - company my phone got inundated with calls from these companies offering me their services. I would like you to investigate a charge of $490.00 done on my card by - charged on -/-/2015. They contacted me by an unsolicited telemarketing phone call.- is a " leads program '' where they call you up and act as " your coach '' to convince you to buy " leads '' of a list of people who are supposedly " targeted leads '' who wish to be part of an online work from home program ( though you do not know if there is actually a list of leads you purchased ). You supposedly get a commission for each person on the list you bought who joins the scam.I never received any goods or services. I have been lied to and charged for services that have not been provided as promised. They have used false and misleading tactics and it is clear that they never intended to fulfill their end of the deal. I tried to resolve directly with and get my refund but they ignored my requests.
