Citibank Credit card department,
Forbearance / Workout plans Arkansas
I purchased a stove, washer and dryer from Home Depot. I made the payments on time until I fell on hard times. They called me and set up a payment plan with me. I had been on this plan for over 2 years allowing them to draft my acct faithfully on the - of each month. I called on -/-/- to have the draft stopped for one month and agreed to pay - payments -/-/- ( -/-/- and -/-/- ). I was told the payment plan would resume drafting again -/-/-. When the payment did n't draft on the - I called on - and was told the plan had to get set back up I made a phone payment with - and was told to hold for a certain department. I held, held and the call ended my lunch time was over. I then received a letter stating my payment plan was terminated. I called and spoke with - who then transferred me to - on -/-/- he told me the plan was terminated for missing - payments advised my payment were missed, he then went on the inform me there was nothing that could be done as far as putting me back on the plan and my payment was not $100.00 and no longer $90.00 and the ARP was back at 26.99.By being on the repayment program I put a big dent in the balance from over $5000.00 to a little under $3100.00. My plan was terminated unfairly and I desire to be back on the plan to get this balance paid in full.
