Citibank Credit card department,
Credit line increase/decrease Florida
Citicard Corp. continues to decrease my credit as I am paying down my balance, My desired resolution would be to get permission from me to run a credit check continuously when ever they feel they want to without asking. They say they sent me an email but I received nothing and also a text message but again simply not true. I authorized them one time to do this credit check initially to obtain their card I no longer desire to have their credit cards so I am paying them off and closing the accounts. The card company representative had informed me that she checked into this and seen that - credit consumers has this listed on my credit report I did not give them permission to check my credit over and over again without consulting me first.
