Title loan Charged fees or interest I didn't expect New Jersey
After paying off my boat loan with US Bank, they sent the title to the bank - where the check was drawn from and not to me. Upon calling to find out where my title was I was told by their account rep ( - ) that they were sorry and a new title would be ordered and sent to my address. A month later I called and spoke with ( - ) who informed me that - never ordered a new title and that it could not be ordered. I then spoke to a supervisor ( - - ) who stated they were sorry and I should go to the DMV with the lien release and obtain a new title through them. - - was unaware that I would have to pay for a new title through DMV and
I received the new title at the DMV at a cost of $60.00 payable by me and when calling - - back she has routed my home phone which is associated with the account to a general mail box, yet when I call from my cell I can get through to her voice mail. I 've left 3 messages ( -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/- ) and she wo n't return my calls to find out how I get reimbursed for their mistake. After much frustration I call - ( Regional Supervisor ) and left a detailed message for her on -/-/- and as of today -/-/- I have not received a call back. The new title cost $60.00
