I am very concerned about a late payment that is still showing on my credit report fro my CITI card which I opened around -/-/-. In - or - this card was fraudulently used at a gas station without my knowledge. I have not used this card before nor had I incurred any sort of balance that required my attention. I was very shocked and confused when I tried to lease a car and was told I had a recent late of 30 days showing on my credit report for -/-/-. This was fraud and I called Citi and was assured by them that this was not my fault and the late that are showing on all three of my credit reports would be mended to show current and never late. I received a new card and have this card at home in a safe. Please, i need this awful late payment removed from my reports because I have a business and require my personal credit as collateral at times. I was not responsible for the late payment and the associates an date management assured me many times that the 3o day showing on the reports would be updated to show current/never late. Thank you, -
