Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Florida

Customer service would not help and take care of the negative inquiries reported to my credit report. My employer provided me with a letter stating that someone had filed unemployment under my name and social security. At that time i checked my credit report and I seen a lot negative inquiries that I do not know anything about, and would like removed.
