Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Incorrect information on credit report account terms

Experian Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Florida

Collection Accounts identified as ( - - ) on my Experian Credit Report Account # - Account # - Account # - Account # - Appears on my credit report, however, the alleged original creditor FAILED to process my insurance credentials correctly therefore adding them to my credit report lowering my credit score and causing me hardship and Refusing to removing these accounts. Additionally, I asked Experian to delete these accounts from my report as I was covered by insurance ( - ) at the Date Of Service and I am covered by the same insurance as of todays date. I never received a bill or notice of delinquency and I also spoke with my insurance company to verify they would be resubmitted and paid due to creditor 's error. I have previously asked for removal of the disputed item, and yet the Collection Accounts is still reporting delinquent and late. Since both the creditor and debt collection agency are aware of the error on their part, Experian needs to permanently delete this item as FCRA does NOT allow for inaccurate items to remain on consumer credit reports.
