Bank of America Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Managing the loan or lease California
CCP - Those are Civil Codes of Procedure for the State of California. I have a levy put on my account by a creditor whom I 've never heard of. I 've reached out to Bank of America over the phone, sent supporting documents via e-mail, as well as supporting documents to a branch manager for forwarding to your legal department. Not only did I show proof that all monies that were in my account have been for living expenses because of a - injury / - -, I even forwarded the supporting link as well. I recently had - on -/-/2016 and all my - payments were almost exhausted. I was giving a pre settlement loan from - - for living expenses as well. I even showed proof of that. Why did your incompetent legal department tell me that in the State of California - are n't exempt from bank levys? BofA did n't fulfill the laws of California even after they 've double checked. So ... they released my money to the sheriff 's department. Now, I have to go to court to show the judge the supporting documents because your - excuse of a bank levy bench department could n't follow the law. Why has bofa lied to me about this CCP for California?
