Credit reporting company's investigation inadequate help over the phone
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Texas
Experian lowered my credit score by - points on -/-/2017. I have called them twice to get assistance and the cause of the action. Experian refuses to give me facts on why the scored dropped by - points. - @ Experian told be today it was because my credit card balance went from $200.00 to $480.00, the card has a max available credit of $12000.00. When I contested his statement he refused to tell me the facts of why my score was lowered by Experian. Credit reporting companies are not allowed to arbitrarily change scores. They must provide the facts to the consumers of why they have lowered the scores. They must tell the consumers specifics on the credit report that cause the change in score, not speak in theoretical terms!
