REASON FOR DISPUTE : This account is too old to be on file /time-barred, over the Status of Limitations ( please remove ). Balance is incorrect ( account is paid/settled ). This account was paid to the original creditor prior to becoming a collection or charge-off. This record contains multiple inaccuracies purposely known and reported by - -. I maintain that during the selling, purchasing and/or transferring of my account ( s ), -, knowingly violates both the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and The Fair Credit Reporting, by constantly and consistently reporting negative, unfair, inaccurate, unreliable, incomplete and missing information to the - major credit reporting agencies/bureaus ( Experian, - and - ) by purposefully misrepresenting a debt that I do NOT owe in its reporting as debts of - ( $110.00 ) that is : ( 1 ) paid/settled ( 2 ) old, obsolete and out-of-date ( 3 ) over the Statue of Limitations ( 4 ) time-barred ( 5 ) used to intimidate ( 6 ) purposely omitted date ( s ), time, purchases and amounts.
