Im am in the process of disputing items that i believe to be incorrect on my credit bureau. Ive attempted to place a security freeze on my account with Sagestream and they continue to state they cant verify due to not being able to read the fax after three times. I then sent a certified letter to them to ensure that the information was clear and that they received it. I have left multiple voice messages with the company and havent gotten a return phone call. This is interfering with me taking care of serious issues in regards to my account
