Credit reporting credit monitoring or identity protection problem with fraud alerts January 24, 2017 - Im am in the process of disputing items that i believe to be incorrect on my credit bureau. Ive attempted to place a security freeze on my account with Sagestream and they continue to state they cant verify due to not being able to read the fax after three times. I then sent a certified letter to them to ensure that the information was clear and that they received it. I have left multiple voice messages with the company and havent gotten a return phone call. This is interfering with me taking care of serious issues in regards to my account... |

Credit reporting credit monitoring or identity protection problem cancelling or closing account August 10, 2016 - I tried to talk to a live person for the credit bureau to freeze my credit report. That bureau, SageStream , LLC Consumer Office, formerly known as IDA Inc. There is never possible to talk to live person in their business hour and only allow me to do voice mail which is so inconvenient. They do not accept foreigners request as they strongly need their list - files to do freeze report. And the files literally give people no way to make freeze done. For example, they want NON-US Person US PASSPORT picture page,, they want Birth certificate where they have no ability to read other language fil... |
