Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
The company applied a large interest charge to my account and since that charge has been charging interest on top of the charge. I have tried three times to resolve this issue. Each time I have spoken with the company, they have sent me letters and said they have provided documentation that I agreed to the terms. They have not sent any documentation. I wish to settle this charge with penalties to me as they do not have any documentation that I agreed to the terms and are being dishonest. The last call I had with the client the woman boldly lied to me and said she was looking at the agreement I signed. I never signed an agreement, she then said she would send it, they sent nothing but letters that said there were enclosures and there were not. I called back multiple times and no one will call me back.
