Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
Earlier last year after being contacted about an online business opportunity by - - - I ended up paying them. I am unsure exactly how they obtained my information but since that I feel that I have become a target in what has turned out to be a work from home online business scam. I have now paid $13000.00 in total to these scam companies ( $8500.00 to - - - ) Between them and their undisclosed partners with absolutely nothing to show for it.So I would like to dispute all charges from - - - done on my Wells Fargo card. They promised to advertise my website so it would increase traffic and sales. All I have got was a few calls from them for a confusing training. I never had any customer visits to my website like they said I would have and did not make a penny either. They did not provide the services that I was led to believe that I paid for. I have been deceptively sold and am formally requesting a refund for the amount paid to them. I tried to resolve directly with them, I sent them certified letters, sent emails and they ignored my requests.I am reaching out to your agency in hopes you can help me get my refund.
