Omega RMS, LLC Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Virginia

On -/-/- I received an alert from - - that my - Credit Report has changed. Upon logging on I see that there is a collection for a balance of $3200.00 with an original balance of $4000.00 from Omega RMS. This account was added to my credit report with the original creditor - opened on -/-/-. I do not or have not opened an account with - and have not received any paper work from anyone in regards to this matter. This account does not belong to me and I want this validated, not verified bearing my signature showing that they have right to place this item on my credit report. I know my rights as a consumer and this company is violating them. I received no dunning notices on this alleged account, and have no idea what this is. I will be disputing through the Credit Reporting agencies as well and expect this item be deleted immediately. I have attached a copy of how this appears on my credit report from -. No account numbers available other than -. There is no supporting evidence that this account is mine and I want it deleted immediately or I shall be filing civil suit against Omega RMS.
