I do not think my loan company is properly applying my payments. I have asked multiple customer service reps for a history of my past payments and a breakdown of how my payments have been applied. I am repeatedly told that they have to mail out that information but I have yet to receive it. I think that my total and past due balance is lower than I am being told. They want me to make full monthly payments every 2 weeks and my balance does not seem to move.
