Wells Fargo sold my loan to another provider ( - ), however, they are reporting to the credit report that I have an outstanding charged off balance. Additionally, the account is over 7 years old and should be removed from my credit report. Wells Fargo refuses to address the duplicate information and refuses to remove the outdated accounts.
