I have a checking account with Bank of America. The bank overdraft my account by issuing an overdraft fee when my account shows there was money in the account covering the purchase. The phone representatives were very rude and had - excuses why the bank would put a false overdraft fee on my account. It appears they somehow switched the processing of transactions so that they could overdraft my account.
