The problem originated from an automatic billing system from - - - in -, SC. I moved from the area in - - to the -. On - -, - I thought to cancel my account after receiving bill notices. I paid a Balance of $69.00 to - -, which does billing for the health club. This included payment for two months past due and a $19.00 service fee. A Cancellation Notice was sent to - - stating to cancel membership. This was done before their next billing cycle, but they conveniently for them made " an error '' and continued to bill me. It is now - and after review of a Credit Report dated -/-/- I became aware of an amount of $99.00 being reported as Delinquent - In Collections by First Credit Services on behalf - - - - -. - - - and - - have been made aware of


My complaint is with First Credit Services - - - -, - - - -, NJ -. I have repeatedly tried to contact them to obtain documentation stating that the Account ( Reference # KB - ) has been closed and that it has $0.00 Balance, as well as tried in vain to get someone from their company to expedite the process of removing it from all Credit Bureaus, since it was a mistake made in their chain of command. I have been consistently transferred all over their phone system, hung up when I ask to speak with a Manager, I also believe that I have been lied to as to Names and Titles of their Associates. I have been told more than once that Supervisors will call me back, and it has yet to happen. I know the system recognizes my phone number and sometimes when I call it will send me directly to voicemail. I have audio recordings of every single call which depicts their unfair, shady, and deceptive practices.
